Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using Vision, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, creating an account confirms that your school has authorised you to use this service, consistent with the confirmation you make at signup.

2. What Vision is

Vision is a personal development coaching platform. It provides an AI-based coaching conversation ("Vision"), goal-tracking, and a structured personal-growth framework ("Mastery"). Vision is a tool to support your own thinking and development. It does not replace professional advice (medical, legal, mental health, or careers) and should not be relied on for decisions that need that kind of advice.

3. Account access

• Access to Vision is by invitation from your school only. You must not share your invite code or your account with anyone else.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account as a result of failing to do so.
• Your school may end your access if your enrolment ends, or at the school's request.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Vision to harm, harass, bully, or impersonate anyone else
• Attempt to access another student's account or data
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the safeguarding features described in our Privacy Notice
• Use Vision for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.

5. AI-generated content: please read this one

Vision's responses are generated by an AI system. While designed to reflect a specific coaching approach, AI-generated responses can occasionally be wrong, incomplete, or not what was actually meant. Vision must never be treated as a source of professional, medical, legal, or emergency advice.

If you are in crisis, in danger, or worried about your safety or someone else's, contact emergency services or a trusted adult immediately. Do not rely on Vision alone in an emergency.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of Vision is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which explains what data we collect, how it's used, and how our safeguarding response works. By using Vision you also agree to that notice.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Vision available and working well, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may need to take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or matters outside our control.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll make reasonable efforts to let your school know. Continuing to use Vision after an update means you accept the revised terms.
